앱 소개Dlight helps you estimate how long you may need to spend in the sun to support vitamin D production. It’s designed for users who want a location- and skin-specific exposure estimate.
Choose your location automatically via browser detection or enter it manually (including city/region, country, and coordinates). Select one of four skin types, then get an estimated exposure time based on current UV conditions, time of day, and sun/season factors.
The app also supports session tracking so you can keep notes of your sun exposure over time.
