AI app builder for courses

Give every learner a seat to build something real.

Bring Caffeine into your bootcamp, university course, entrepreneurship program, or workshop. Learners build and host full-stack web apps in a shared workspace—without local setup, deployment work, or a dev environment.

Built for hands-on learning

One workspace for every kind of building course

Use Caffeine where the learning outcome is a working app—not another slide deck or code-along.

  • App-building bootcamps

Give every cohort a browser-based environment for turning a brief into a working full-stack app.

  • University courses

Use Caffeine in product, design, engineering, and interdisciplinary courses where students learn by shipping.

  • Product & design programs

Move from research and prototypes to hosted software without adding local development setup to the syllabus.

  • Entrepreneurship programs

Let students validate an idea with a real web app they can demonstrate, iterate, and export.

  • Continuing education

Run practical adult-learning cohorts where participants build tools for their own work or business.

  • Hackathons & workshops

Start everyone in the same managed workspace and spend the event building instead of configuring machines.

How a cohort runs on Caffeine

01

Create the team workspace

Purchase seats centrally, invite learners by email, and keep course projects and credits inside one workspace.

02

Learners build in the browser

Each learner turns requirements into a hosted full-stack web app without installing a local toolchain.

03

Review what the cohort ships

Administrators manage membership and team apps, while every project has a live result learners can demonstrate.

Fill the classroom gaps

Build a companion app for the course, too.

Caffeine does not ship with rosters, assignments, or grading. Use a team-owned app to create the exact course layer you need: briefs, learner profiles, project links, submissions, checkpoints, feedback, and a final showcase.

Example prompt

Build a cohort hub where instructors publish weekly briefs, learners submit their live Caffeine app links, mentors record checkpoint feedback, and the final projects appear in a public showcase after approval.

What the team workspace gives your program

  • Seats for the whole cohort

Invite learners by email to a shared Caffeine workspace and add seats as the cohort grows.

  • One pool of build credits

Purchase the workspace centrally and give the team a shared monthly credit pool instead of reimbursing individual accounts.

  • Working full-stack apps

Learners build React and Motoko web apps with data, authentication, and hosting from plain-language requirements.

  • Team-owned projects

Course projects live in the team workspace, where administrators can manage membership and team app access.

  • A companion app for your course

Build a team-owned app for briefs, project links, submissions, checkpoints, and the final showcase—shaped around your program.

  • Code learners can inspect

Source code is exportable as a ZIP or to GitHub, so advanced learners can study it or continue outside Caffeine.

Questions before you plan a cohort

No. Caffeine is the app-building environment your learners use. It does not include native rosters, assignments, grading, or deadlines. You can use Caffeine to build a separate companion app for the course workflows you need.

An administrator invites each learner by email. There is no bulk roster import or Google Classroom integration today.

A team app is assigned to one workspace member. Other people can be invited as project collaborators for comments, but Caffeine does not provide simultaneous multiplayer building on the same app.

Apps built in the team workspace belong to that workspace. There is no automatic transfer into a learner’s personal account, so decide how long the workspace and project access should remain available after the course.

Optional OIDC SSO is available for a team workspace, but it is not enforced for every member and is separate from login inside the apps learners build.

There is no verified academic discount. Use the current team pricing and contact Caffeine before planning a larger institutional rollout.

This page is aimed at adult bootcamps, university courses, professional training, and workshops. Caffeine does not make education-specific compliance or child-safety claims.
