ABOUT THE APPNAC-NOC Network Assistant is a network management platform for NOC and network administrators who need to configure and manage networks across multiple vendors. It’s designed for teams working with Cisco Meraki and UniFi, with work orders connected to HaloITSM.
Use it to manage network configuration for Cisco Meraki and UniFi, integrate with HaloITSM work orders, and deploy changes to the right environment. The platform also supports multi-customer isolated profiles with role-based access, guided step-by-step provisioning, an audit log with rollback, and exportable compliance records. Microsoft Teams notifications can be sent using Adaptive Cards, and there is a pre-registered SuperAdmin for immediate access.
You’ll start with empty states until your API credentials are added, then provisioning and deployment flows are enabled for your configured customers.
