Create a spreadsheet-style Capture grid per student, including ratings, characterising tags, and your own brief notes. Then generate a draft comment using your chosen AI provider, and edit the result in a separate Comment grid before approving. Use “regenerate” with plain-English adjustment instructions to refine wording. Export approved comments via clipboard or CSV, and carry forward content across reporting periods.
In school deployments, teachers work under role-based access with a privacy wall that prevents other roles from viewing unapproved drafts and student inputs.
