ABOUT THE APPQuickFeedback is a one-page satisfaction form for collecting “Good” or “Bad” feedback from users.
It asks for your email address, then sends you an email with the result as soon as you submit.
Enter your email with validation, choose either the Good or Bad button, and submit.
The app shows a loading state while the email is sent, then displays a success state and resets the form after submission.
