ABOUT THE APPReport Card Writer helps teachers turn student ratings, tags, notes, and effort details into readable, school-appropriate report card comments. It’s built for privacy-first classroom use and is intended for teachers who write report cards for many students.
Use a guided flow to set up your school profile, classes, subjects, and metrics, then generate comments for students in bulk. Review results in a per-student editor where each comment is editable before approval. Features include pronoun/name formatting, rule-based comment variation to reduce repetition, and an anti-repetition engine that supports generating many distinct comments within a class.
Comments move through Draft → Approved → Exported. You can import students via CSV, then export to CSV, plain text, or copy to clipboard. Generation preferences persist across sessions, and bulk generation includes an undo/restore option.
